OMW sharp shooting pains......

OMW i have these horrible sharp shooting pains in my ovary area..... both sides.... It is seriously intense and i am actually curled up into a ball from the pain.........

What could it be?????????

Im on CD22 today due AF in 6/7 days....

And it keeps feeling like i might wet myself.... as i get shooting pains down there too.......

perhaps its a UTIn (urine infection), if u feel like ur going to wet urself. I would go and see ur GP xxx

Thanks ladies, pains went away after about 2 hours, and feeling alot beter, had some strange spotting last night with very bright urine, but def not a UTI *i eat way to much yogurt*, and wil for sure go for a scan next year to double check that i am all clear... last time i went not even a spek of a cycst.....

I was scanned when being checked for uNKC's and I didn't have a cyst however, I was scanned 3 weeks later a low and behold I have a 4cm cyst on my left ovary which is causing alot of pain.

Spotting sounds promising though.
