On Cyclogest dpo14 am late

So im wairing for my dr to ring me back. I was under the impression my period would arrive if not pregnant using cyclogest I'm now late bit it is progesterone so could be the meds. I used a 20miu test is that not sensitive enough for this early? I don't feel like my period is coming at all. I have order so more sensitive tests but not coming until Friday. Anyone been in a similar boat? I don't know if to be excited or to stop meds or what. Any help is much apprrciated

I just started on them last month. I have to take a test 14dpo & if its negative stop taking them. I started my af two days later but I have heard it can take longer for some ladies. How many days did you stop taking them?
