Once thawed how long can BM be kept out of fridge?

As the title says I thawed some BM under warm water and transferred it into a bottle as I'm out and about but how long can I be kept at room temp?

3-5 days I believe if it went straight into the freezer after pumping

I believe the advice is to use thawed milk within 12 hours of it defrosting

Well Kellymom say "Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze." so if that's in the fridge I'd assume it was less than that for room temp. Freshly pumped milk can be at room temp for 4-8hrs (as long as its not a very warm room) so I assume that if the milk went straight to the freezer then you could keep it for 4hrs at room temp once thawed. Can you pack it with an ice pack? I know some people carry the milk around still frozen and then defrost it once they need it, or it has defrosted while they carried it.
