Hi,
I'm 15+6 and still unable to drink still water without  ... I seem to be able to drink an entire large bottle of San Pellegrino in one sitting lol, so up until this point i've just stocked the house with it.
My question is; do you think that it's terrible to only be drinking carbonated water?
I can't drink pop, flavoured San Pellegrino, tea, etc as i get the sicky burps :dohh:, so it's just plain sparkling water every day!
TIA :flower:

Absolutely no problem to drink carbonated water! Here you are even given carbonated at hospitals ;)

As far as I know there's nothing worse about sparkling water compared to still. If you've found something that works then I'd stick with it. I am also still struggling to drink very much at all. I'm adding lots of soups and milky cereals to my diet because drinking a glass of anything often makes me sick. I read all these recommendations for tons of water and feel so guilty that I'm dehydrated all the time.

I also continue to struggle to drink enough water/liquids.
Anything liquid I fancy is what I down for as long as I can until I'm off that and onto the next beverage.
Iced tea, soda, vitamin water, v8, yoohoo chocolate milk, etc...I switch up what I can tolerate.

Same here - only sparkling water or mixed with a tiny bit of juice! Favourite is a bit of passion fruit nectar with lots of sparkling water. So grateful my hubby went and bought me a soda stream right away. Saves cost and faaaar less plastic!

I was exactly the same when I was pregnant with my daughter, San pellegrino was the only thing that would stay in! I did also develop crazy cravings for ice so I was always crunching on ice cubes, another good way to stay hydrated I suppose 😀

I LOVE San pellegrino!! I drink it ALL the time! Over ice specifically;)
I find it has helped a lot with morning sickness. Totally safe to drink. Way healthier than Coke or any soda full of crazy amounts of sugar.
Enjoy!! Sometimes I even squeeze fresh lime or lemon in it;)

Omgosh thank you ladies. I feel a bit better about it now!

I have a soda stream, but for whatever reason that makes me feel sick, but San Pellegrino doesn't. Perrier is the same.. So weird. Maybe this is going be a fussy little baby haha!

But thanks again, much appreciated :) :flower:

Drink all you can no matter what it is, I found drinking so hard for first few months and just had to drink what I could
Pretty sure sparkling water is just as good as still though, much better than coke or something lol
