Oops i ate alot today :P what bout U?

    I have been doing sooooooooooooooo well till today.
    i dunno what happened lol.
    for breakfast: yoghurt and fruit YAY
    lunch: roast lamb and veg with a milk YAY
    then...
    afternoon tea: 6 medium choccie freckles n a muesli bar.
    tea: half a chicken souvlaki and chips.
    later on: weight watchers ice cream with low fat custard n a banana
    AND to finish it off lol some licorice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tomorrow I will have gained 2 kilo and feel sad lol.

    It's good to see I'm not the only one lol I eat crap all the time, in my last pregnancy and this one all I've craved is junk food and chocolate lol last time I put on 4 st, I actually used to be a size 6!! Lol luckily this time I'm just 2 st heavier :)

    today so far ive had a mcdonalds breakfast.. double sausage n egg mcmuffin meal.. lol!! xx

    That's not that much food!!

    I've had cereal and OJ for breakfast, an apple and bananna as a mid-morning snack, a cheese and tomato sandwich with a small bag of tomato kepchup crisps and a small chocolate bar for lunch, then I needed another pack of crisps and another chocolate bar...planning a salad for dinner but will probably have a big chocolate muffin when I meet some friends later for a coffee!! Naughty naughty!

    I've only eaten rubbish today, as well as my sleeping cycle. :(

    My "breakfast" consisted of crisps at 4 AM and 2 home made burgers at 06:30 AM (thank you, hubby).
    Lunch was 5 pralines.
    For a snack on the train, I had a smallish strawberry-vanilla energy bar.
    Dinner was 3 tortillas with Miracle Whip, tuna and cheese (on 2 of 'em).

    God, what a crap day.
