Openned a jar of vegetable/chicken baby food

yesterday and it looked so nasty that I knew I wouldn't feed it to Chase. It wasn't expired at all, but you know how you put food into a dish and can stir it up so that it's all nice and smooth? Not this. It looked like cream of wheat consistency, yet wasn't smooth and looked so awful. I threw it in the trash.

Anyone else experience this?

I think all of those jars look gross we have some and I give them on the odd occasion to Hannah (if I'm busy/tired/lazy ) Honestly Hannah doesn't like them that much, she prefers fresh foods and what I make
