OPK Confused n getin depresed

Hi hoping u can help using opk for the first time this mth...I have all signs whne im ov so pretty much no wen its happening...I have a 30 day cycle.

But my tests are confusing....

CD-11 opk very light but there.
cd-12 opk slightly darker not by much.
cd-14 opk hardly see the line...

is there something wrong?
have a ov?

i didnt pee or drink for 2 hrs n tested later see if the LH was there yet..

Please help im now panicng.....

Did you do a test on CD13? you might of had a surge that day but missed if from not testing.

Also there is still time for ovulation (a positive) to show on a 30 day cycle! I o'ed day 12/13 on a 28 day cycle.

To make matters worse i thought that I had a 30 day cycle every mth but reading my Fertility chart i realised i had a 28 day, 27 day n a 29 day so ive been ov earlier then i thought i was aiming for cd-16 luckly this mth weve been bd since cd-11

Im Having same trouble hun.....Ive been testin with opks now for like 8days and cd10 had a the most faintest of second lines ......then no lines and today and yest cd14 and 15 had the most faintest second line again.....i no it might be silly but im proper gettin worried cuz i cant help thinking what if i dont ovulate....i havent got any ewcm and last month i swear i did.....Also my temps well there like up down up down...so i findin it hard by that...this is the first month temping and using these...i thought ut was going to make it easyer but i dont know if its just stressing me more.........good luck to you hunni xxxx good luck to us both lol xxx

Please don't u 2 hunnies worry..you are ov'ing!! I'm in the same situation as both of you...had faint lines CD11 CD12 and now nothing, maybe a very faint line today.....
Wen I started 2 use OPK I rang the CB helpline and they said it is normal to have faint lines as u always have the chemical in ur urine...the test shud show a really DARK line like that of the test line....and that's straight from the horses CB mouth!!!!
And also, as another thread is discussing at the mo...wat r u counting as CD1? This could effect wat CD u think ur on and therefore be wrong...chec out the thread!! Its enlightening!!!!!
So I am just taking it as that I haven't OV'ed yet....or the tests don't work on me. I know I ov as I've got a baby and been preg since then...so girls, don't worry!!!!!

Thanks....its just so hard and confusing sumtimes.....i count cd1 as the day i came on my period so i came on wed 6th...therfore i class that as cd 1 ... i just Really want to see 2 lines a positive so i no im ovulating .. as ive herd things about a short lucteul phase can also be a problem xxx

nice to no im not the other one baffled by these things.
I think im just gonna leave them I no im ov cause all the signs are there so im gonna trust that...

Also sometimes they say that people with pcos may not work properly with poas as u have a hormonal imablance. luckly ive bene under the guidence of my ovi so i no I am ov...

My advice is trust your own body....

for eg..I was sick fir 3yrs had every test u could think of but all negative but even tho peeps prob thought i was a hypa condraist i still tested the n my friend said get ur thyroid tested and low n behold i had a serious under active tyroid it had gotten so bad id gone down to 6 stone n needed a drip...

Well babezone were cycle buddies i too came on wed 6 feb and thought that id be fertile from cd-11-cd18 (wen i thought i was a 30day cycle) but no apparently im a 28 day cycle girl which means i should be fertile from cd-9 to cd-17....The fertility calc also confrimed this which is good cause tast wen weve been bding. Altho we didnt bed cd-14 or 15 cause in short his being a jack arse

Anyway sorry about the long story im just saying that u no u....
N everyone is didfferent so what might work for sokeone else may not work for u. If i do get those tests nxt mth ill def test on day 9

Hey sweetie. Dont lose heart. My sister peed on OPKs for a full month, got nothing at all - not a faint line - nada - and got her BFP that month. They dont work for absolutely everyone x

Cool thats good to hear. Well i tested today....and i have a very noticable second line not as dark as the control line but defo not fair off. so fingers crossed lol xxx
