The second line must be as dark or darker than the other line
keep testing

They have to be as dark or darker to be considered positive. Its coming, dont worry!

At least one section of the line has to be darker than the second line, but I bet your surge is coming soon! Test again tomorrow, twice if possible!! Can you corroborate this with any other ovulation signs?
