Hello,
I am currently CD 12 and we are currently on our second cycle of TTC after NTNP for almost 3 years. I began temping and using OPK's this month becasue AF likes to be difficult and one cycle is never the same number of days as the previous month.
Anyway, my question is: Is it pertinent to hold urine for 4 hours prior to testing? Do you think that it will hinder the results of the test if I wait 2-3 hrs instead? I am finding 4 hours very difficult to do as I drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Thank you!
