Hello,

I am currently CD 12 and we are currently on our second cycle of TTC after NTNP for almost 3 years. I began temping and using OPK's this month becasue AF likes to be difficult and one cycle is never the same number of days as the previous month. :witch:

Anyway, my question is: Is it pertinent to hold urine for 4 hours prior to testing? Do you think that it will hinder the results of the test if I wait 2-3 hrs instead? I am finding 4 hours very difficult to do as I drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Thank you!
