OPK question

ok had first AF after MMC (10 wks after D&C) which started sat lasted 3 days CD 6 i have had + OPK on CB digital and superdrug none digital so confused didn't think i would be ovulating so soon is this possible

Heva, it is possible that you will ovulate in the next 12-36 hours. However, it could also be that your body is gearing up to ovulate and doesn't. I got 2 positive CB digis this month on CD15 and CD18. Then I got another one on CD25. I ovulated on CD26. The OPK detects the LH surge before ovulation. You can have a surge and then not ovulate. You should keep testing with OPK's if you usually don't Ov this early.

well since the + OPK i have had very sharp pains in ovaries (which if i remember right i used to get about 3/4 yrs ago before i went on cerazzette) and my cycle used to be 28 days,(i didn't have AF for 3 yrs and before i had BFP with twins and also had some red/pinkish spotting yesterday

Sounds like ovulation to me hon.
