OPK strong pos 2 days after mc bleeding stopped?

I am 20 days post mc and haven't bled in 2 days. 2 days ago my pg test was still pos. Today I have been feeling all sorts of crampy etc, so I took an OPK and super positive. Is this just a trick of the mc hormones? Or am I actually ovulating?

If your pregnancy test is still positive, it is likely from the pregnancy hormones. I know that for me, my ovulation test stayed positive until the day my pregnancy test turned negative (I took one of each per day). Then approximately 5 days after my pregnancy and ovulation tests turned negative, the ovulation test turned positive again (this was 2 1/2 weeks after I miscarried). I would take a pregnancy test again, and if it is positive, it is likely the pregnancy hormones being detected on the OPK. Good luck! I know how hard this wait can be Hugs

I did take another and it's still positive! But significantly less than 2 days before!

I'll start taking opks again once I get a negative pg test then!
