So im CD18 suffer from pcos and have just got a positive opk test now in the past when ive tested ive never had a positive opk im fairly regular wiv af ranging from 27-35days

Now could my pcos be affecting the test as i know they do or am i about to ovulate
i had sex monday and i will tonight aswell

Hey hun.

PCOS can affect the results of OPK tests because of hormone levels. From my expereince when TTC, I was getting blaring positives and was confirming O with temping as well.
OPKs aren't recommended for women with PCOS, but because my cycles ranged from 35 day to 100+ days and I never got any signs O was imminent...I found them invaluable.

The best advice I can give you would be to use OPKs and temp as well. That way you will know whether the OPK is telling you the truth or not. Hope that's helpful x
