oral allergy syndrome

My lo has oral allergy syndrome. She's allergic to fruits. Anyone else have this problem? If so did u introduce any fruit and how? I've been told I can cook the fruit because it breaks up the enzyme she allergic to or by premade baby food. I enjoy making her food....but not sure how.
