Orange discharge post-D&C? Anyone? TMI warning.

I had an emergency D&C 3 weeks ago today after hemmoraging from retained products of conception (missed miscarriage and then misoprostol).

Everything seemed to heal fine. Bleeding lightened up every day, no real pain (aside from gas at first), no temps, no foul odours, no infection as per a urine test a week or so ago.

Last night I wiped after peeing and there was snot-like yellow discharge. Today, there was orange discharge, with small pieces of tissue or like small pieces of what would feel like cervical mucous.

No pain (just cramping today but mild), no odour, no temps etc. I have an appt with my Doctor tomorrow.

Has anyone had anything like this? Did anyone's Doctor or Surgeon say orange discharge could happen post-op? 3 weeks post-op?

Just looking for some reassurance or info. This has been such a long, long process

I should add that I used the washroom again just now and two small pieces of tissue or discharge or something came out when I wiped. They were both sticky ish but yellow and a bit reddish-grey.

I have never had orange? that is strange, wonder what it could be?

I'm not sure either. It's so weird and the other discharge was pinkish-greyish.
I'm trying not to freak out over it but after everything I've been through, it still scares me.

Hopefully I'll have a positive outcome tomorrow
