No, seriously, you may as well just google and find someone who's decided to blog about their orgasmic birth, because I really doubt you'll find such a tale down in the real world.

You'd be surprised though, apparently it's quite common - because of the pressure of the baby, feeling very relaxed due to gas and air, other painrelief and controlled breathing it can happen.... taking the mum by surprise!
