Trust me, I'm not looking to join the mods, I'm just curious about how it works. Does anyone know how members join the BnB team? Do you apply or are you asked?

Ahhhh, okay. So despite me living in another continent, even I could apply once I've reached 2,500 posts? Like I said, I'm not interested as I honestly could not fit it in my schedule even if I tried, but I thought there were other requirements.
