Hello, I'm taking selenium and looking into folate, since folic acid supplements are synthetic and difficult to absorb anyway. I also take Si Ni San to help regulate my period after a loss, but I've also heard people take it to generally boost fertility. (I have no idea if it's even legit, but it's not supposed to be harmful. So I do it for peace of mind. I got it from my acupuncturist who primarily treats women with infertility).
There are a million lists online (I haven't investigated thoroughly, because I'm a little worn out by searching and spending right now). Some supplement companies volunteer to allow their products to be tested by independent assessment agencies. I would seek them out, since supplements are unregulated and can be an absolute scam. And synthetics are difficult to process, right? Even though they're structured identically? It's a consuming research topic. Just make sure you don't overdo certain ones if they're duplicated in your prenatal. Good luck!
