ooh, it doesnt feel nice when let-down occurs (I'm guessing this is it) and there's no baby attached. Why does it happen at random times - like yesterday when I was ironing?! And just now wathcing CSI. Feels like someone is squeezing the life out of the milk-mchines!!..
And if I take a peak down there I just know that milk is leaking.
I'm assuming this is normal??...Its about every 2 hours if I havent fed baby.
Beginingto worry i'e too much milk...baby always dribbles lots when he feeds like he's being over-loaded!?...
and he has gained lots of weight recently..
maybe I'm just a worrier?!

Your body is still trying to find equilibrium. And it sounds like baby is still trying to sort out growing ;)

Hang in there another couple weeks will do wonders for that full feeling AND for the arbitrary letdown.

As an aside, if I haven't fed baby for a while and my thoughts just HAPPEN to settle on baby for one nanosecond, chances are I will let down... Too bad I can't override whatever makes me clam up when I'm trying to express :dohh:.

its good to know i'm not alone. though quite why the ironing would bring it on i'll never know!! :hugs:
