I have a stinging feeling in my breast during feedings and after. I have read it is my let down of milk but how can I make sure its not anything else like thrush or an infection? She also has some spots on HER vaj area that are red in color a few weeks back doctor said it was hormones from my milk but I think it has gotten worse. If it is an infection it will explain what is goin on in my breast as well. I also get the stinging feeling in my armpits as well. Calling doctor ASAP but I would just like some opinions

Is the pain constant while you are nursing or is it just at the beginning/sporadically during the feed? Let down shouldn't be a constant sensation. I don't think you could have infected your daughter with anything that would cause red spots in her groin area even if you did have something like thrush, so I'm guessing it's unrelated. Does she have a good latch? Sometimes pain can be caused by a lazy latch, or by something like thrush. I would definitely get checked for that.
