Our tree is now up

Amanda, Chase and I went shopping and bought new baubles this year. We have a white tree and I wanted blue baubles.

Anyhow, should be interesting as we decorated it last night while Chase was sleeping so it's a matter of moments now before he sees this new thing in the room. LOL

I will post pics but we have a prelit tree and this year I don't want the lights twinkling as it made crappy pics last year. And, on a white tree, just doesn't look so good.

Also want to buy the kids their own little tree to put up their ornaments throughout the years Amanda wants a pink one. LOL If we did that, we'd have to buy a tree for everyone as there is no way in hell Jayden will want his ornaments on a pink tree. haha

So the twinkling lights are still going on and if you see in the pic, it casts shadows and a white tree should not have blinking lights. Will be going at some time to get replacement bulbs and the kids' tree.

I think its great. It looks really nice. I'm a big fan of simple when it comes to christmas trees. Less is more, IMO, too many baubles and they look over decorated and YUCK.
