Ov pain on both sides? Two eggs?

Hi all, this month ive had ov pains on both sides (after having none at all last month) and i was wondering if i maybe have released two eggs?

Has anyone had experience of this? At the mo i have an aching down there like period pains, but ive had very little ewcm, and normally i have loads? Im currently cd14.

I did this month but i had just had a hystersalpinogram so not sure if that had something to do with it.

When you ovulate your ovaries can compete to release an egg so yes it is possible to release 2 eggs in close succession.

most women will experience ovary pain on the same side all the time others are a little more responsive to changes in their ovulation pain, so it is quiet difficult to actually confirm it without a scan.

Oh i see hun, i suppose an egg could bulge in the ovary without breaking free too, so it would give you pain i suppose? Xx

I would think it may mean both sides, but I dont know I have gotten on both and only Od from one

My pains always alternate. So usually one side one month and the other the next. Ive always assumed it was eggs being released from different ovaries, so by my theory yeah youd be releasing two at once! oooh! But it can sometimes be imprecise Ive read...Id still take it as a good sign and get a load ofin though!
