Ovarian Drilling Success

Hello everyone,
I am new here and hope to find support and inspiration from everyone. A little bit about me- I am 29y/o trying to conceive my first. Was found to have dermoid cyst in Jan and long story short had to cease ttc journey. I got my surgery last week to remove the dermoid tumour, reconstruct the ovary, ovarian drilling on both ovaries and hsg. Everything went good. I was wondering if anyone out there is in a similar situation with ovarian drilling (OD) or had OD done in the past with success? I cannot wait to be a mother and hoping OD ends up being my saving grace.
I will look forward to hearing from another soul.

Hello, Kelly! I won't be of great help here with your questions. We have completely different stories. I dropped in to say I'm hoping you're in good hands with your clinic. Hi Mrs Kelly,
I'm new here and had ovarian drilling on 6/27. I'm 36 and was previously told we had no chance of pregnancy until I found the most amazing reproductive endocrinologist who actually understands PCOS. He went in and cleaned up the 33 cysts I had and did ovarian drilling on both sides. Have you ovulated since your drilling? I will be starting the LH and temp testing this week.
