Ovulating day 7? of a 26 day cycle

Ok today I seem like I have EWCM but I am only on CD7.....I have a 26 day cycle, do you really think I could be ovulating this early! I ordered my opk last wk but it still hasn't arrived so can't check with that! Thanks

You dont always O on the same day each cycle. You can O any day, but usually your LP will stay about the same.

Your Luteal phase starts with ovulation. On day 7 you might be starting to produce fertile CM. If you have a 26 day cycle minus 14 days (for your Luteal Phase) that means you probably OV on day 12-ish. So 4-5 days prior to OV you are probably starting to produce some EWCM. Sounds absolutely normal to me!

Right you are! And some women like myself may have had different LP lengths. Like I've had some cycles be 14 and some that were 12. I also had 24 or 25 day cycles before Lennox.

Producing ewcm doesn't mean you're ov'ing on that day. You can have several days of ewcm before ov, for example i had 6-7 days of it before ov this cycle.
