Ovulation after loss?

It's exactly 1 month today since we lost Hannah at 26 weeks and I woke with severe ovulation pain in my right side. I have always experienced severe pain with my ovulation, but my question is it normal to ovulate so quickly after a loss? I don't see the doctor till next week though I did put a call in... Does this better our chances at TTC again?

Yes it is possible, but everyone is different. I had a miscarriage 6th March at 9 weeks pregnant. I ovulated about 14 days after my miscarriage ( I was using opk's) and my AF started exactly 26 days after my miscarriage. xx
