Ovulation after mc

I had my last mc on August 1st and as of yesterday my levels were only down to 281 my question according to did I ovulated six days ago. My temps are consistent with my normal temps and had went down to normal pre ov temps a couple days after the bleeding stopped. That lead me to believe all the progesterone from the pregnancy was out of my system. Through research I've read that it's impossible to ovulate until your levels get down to zero or at least under five but I had all the normal ov signs ewcm ovulation pain and a confirmed temp rise. Is it possible I really ovulated? Any advice will help

Sorry i dont have any answers.
I had an early mc just over 2 weeks ago and my body is sending signals that its gearing up to ovulate,fingers crossed you did ovulate!
