I am very intune with my body and I know that I ovulated about CD 13/14 but I dont have a temp shift and it's CD 18. On CD 13 I had EWCM. my cervix was very soft, high, and open. I had also been having OV pains on my left side for the past few days. Now I no longer have OV pains, I am however cramping all over. My cervix has been closing and today it is officially firm, closed, and lower. There is no way I haven't ovulated yet. What could be happening? I feel so broken because this is my first period after an 107 day anovulatory cycle which has never happened to me before in my life, I am usually regular. And now this.

Hello, I am so sorry for your troubles. I think it is unlikely that you ovulated without the temp rise. I would recommend asking you doc for a 7dpo progesterone draw which will confirm if you ovulated or not. I hope you did O and you are regulating!
