Ovulation dip??

Anyone ever get an ovulation dip on their chart?? My temp was very low this morning (chart is in my sig), and although it was cool in my room, I wasn't freezing or anything. I know ovulation dips aren't all that common, but I'm wondering if that's what it could be?? I just did an OPK and it's not positive, but it's darker than it's been the past few days. After 39 days I'm just so desperate to ovulate!!

I always do, but not normally that large a dip. But it could be a combination of ovulation and the cool room which made it even lower. FX for a rise tomorrow!

I know, isn't it crazy?! I showed my husband my chart and he goes, "Are you sure you were alive when you took that temp?!" Who knows what in the world is going on with this chart!!!!

ETA: Do you use FF, or a website that would let me look at your charts?? I'm curious to see an ov dip.

This was my last chart, I didnt take my temps continuously so there are a few dotted lines....

Hi Hun, You can see on my chart from last cycle my ov dip.. it was my first time temping so thats all I have. On this cycle I had a dip and rise today, Im hoping its ovulation but I usually have long cycles so who knows?
I think its actually quite common to have an ov dip than uncommon. Hope it helps xx

Oooh thank you, nice dip! Maybe it's more common that I thought, in "Taking Charge of your fertility" it says it's not common, but I'm liking these charts that clearly show one!! Thanks again.

It shows how much I know! lol I just thought a lot of women got the dips because I see so many in people charts on here. Maybe its just us lot? lol.. Good luck hun xx

Thanks! I'm wondering now if it was a fluke, I just did another OPK and it's super light. Had been holding my pee for abour 3 hours so it wasn't diluted or anything.

It may just be a random fluke. That seems way too big of a dip to be an ovulation dip. If it was you wouldn't be able to tell a difference between "pre o temps" and "post of temps" iykwim.

Well today's opk was def negative, and lighter then yesterdays. Guess it was just a random super low temp. We anyway, but I'm not feeling so hopefuly that ov is coming anytime soon. It's really starting to get to me!

I am supposed to ovulate at any time now I do believe.
On the 30th it was 36.12, on the 31st it was 36.15, and today it was 36.02. Not sure if that is my sign of ovulation but I thought I would share.
