Hi all!
So, hubby and I have decided to start trying for #2. Our little boy is currently 6 months old, and I'm still breastfeeding him. I got my first period back on June 18th, it was just a lot of light spotting for about 8 days. I know nursing can make them a bit wacky.
In my normal (pre-baby/pre-nursing) cycles, I used to ovulate somewhere around day 15 in my cycle, as far as I know. Well this time around I started my opk's, and even though the lines got a bit darker around that time I did not get a positive.
Yesterday (CD 19) I got a super close to positive, and this morning was definitely a positive. I had ewcm the last day or two, and today it was mostly wet with some ewcm. I had a bit of.. pressure? or heavy feeling on my left side the last few days. I also had some pink spotting when I wiped around 1 p.m. today. I've never spotted with ovulation before, but can I assume that is what it was from?
My main question is: since the spotting could be from the egg bursting through, which day do I consider my ovulation day? Today or yesterday or tomorrow? lol Thanks!
