Ovulation Surge Pregnancy Question

Has anyone became pregnant ONLY having sex the day after you experienced EWCM and Cramps? Or your ovulation surge?

I became pregnant from having sex only the day after I got my positive OPK (LH surge). I was on month 12 of TTC, and with such poor timing (and a general lack of BDing that cycle) I was sure that wasn't going to be my month. But I was wrong.
