Ovulation temps?

I have a steep dip in my temp when I am ovulation, wondering if I ovulate on the day of the steep dip? before? after? How do I know? How do people tell if they don't have a steep dip?

you would normally ovulate on the day before the rise, hope that helps - i always get a dip and then a big rise, i ovulate on the day of the dip good luck
