Ovulation twice durring the same cycle ??

Hi there I'm having same problem but I've had four smiles all spread out first on the 27 of feb then the 3rd of march then the 10 th and again last night the 13 th.

I've heard of meds doing this but even if my body failed to o the first time and tried again the second it doesn't explain 4 all together

I called cb and they said u could get smiley face multiple day but they should me consecutive not apart as any other reason would be if u recently had miscarriage, were on meds, are currently pregnant or have pcos which I don't.

Help?

That is strange, if you're getting BFNs ..

Likely explanations for me are just your body continously trying to O.

So are you getting negatives inbetween the positives?

troopalong this happened to me with my last pregnancy,was getting positive opks very early on but didnt get a positive pg test till a week later

I still dont know why i got a positive opk on the 17 and again on the 29th i thought that maybe it was the opk picking up the hcg but nooope started af so i dont know hope you get a bfp ! good luck

An update: another smiley today so this is the first time they are back to back:

Heres how it started

2/23 took first opk neg
2/26 BD
2/27 took second opk and got pos smiley. Woo hoo right time!
2/28 at 2 am i woke up cramping and spotting but it was over by am, looked it up and could be ovulation spotting
2/28 at night BD
3/3 BD
3/7 had a cramp which inspired me to take another OPK (so this was the first time I tested after getting the first positive - since they say to stop testing at that point and save strips for next month) THIS was another positive

3/8 Neg
3/9 Neg
3/10 Positive and BD
3/12 neg
3/13 Positive
3/14 Positive TODAY

SO now I have two back to back positives and couldnt even tell you when I am due for af as I just got off pill in beginning of feb...

If I was just trying to O, would my body be really trying that hard?

Cora- 1st off love your pitty pup, I have a rescue myself 2nd sorry to hear about the AF, are your cycles pretty reg? How many days after last pos did you get AF?

ALin- so it was all over the place like this or were there a lot of positives in a row for you? It seems like a lot of the info I looked up when HCG was confused on the OPK and it turned out the people were preggers they had a positive like 5 days in a row...

troop they wasnt always positive but defo had lines towards end of cycle on opks (ov on cd14) my moniter was still reading high,normally goes to low,had no pg tests so decided to use opks and the lines were there,so i got my positive on opks before pg test

I think you should go to your GP and get your hormone levels tested and/or get tested for PCOS.
