I have hurt my neck!

I turned it really quickly yesterday and couldnt turn back!

Doc says it could take a upto a month to get better but there is nothing i can do

It is sooooooo sore!

Anyone had this, did you have anything that helped? I am on strong painkillers but they arent even taking the edge off


I am now willing to try anything~!

Ouch! I can sympathise hun, although not much advice to offer, sorry.

I had this about 18 months ago - they thought I'd got a slipped disc and I had an MRI scan. Turned out to be stress, but the pain was real and physical.

The only thing I found to help was diclofenac (sp?) and co-codamol on prescription, and to heat a wheat bag in the microwave and sit with it on my neck.

Hope it gets better soon.

My doctor had mentioned it could be stress related, thanks I will try the wheat bag!
