my baaack!!!

i have such a backache these days, its in my lower left back area it hurts so much!

any tips for relieving it a bit

have u tried heat patches or a hot water back. i try this when i get back ache too because of a lumbar puncture and it seems to ease the pain a bit x

yeah tried em both an it works for a bit but not greatly

only other thing is that when mines is really bad the doctor gave me co-codamol (sp). if your back ache is recurring maybe ask the doctor to prescribe you something .

Is it muscular? You sure it's not a kidney infection? Might be best to get it check out on Monday maybe.

If it's a muscular pain, they do have over the counter muscle relaxers that do wonders.

Ever since i got the dam spinal block my back hurts daily I usually take advil . it dose help

I was going to come and ask the same thing as my back has not stopped aching for ages!! Might try some of those relaxers Leeanne said as my doctor told me it was muscular.
