ok my back is in agony! its a dull ache right across my lower back and it goes right down to the backs of my legs Ive had it all morning and its starting to make me feel sick.
Baby is moving loads so dont know what hes doing in there!
What is it?! Could he just be on a nerve?

Try hands and knees/polar bear position for 10 or 15 mins. Might convince baby to shift off the sore spot.

I hear ya! I've had sciatica and it's just getting worse the further along I am.. At work is the absolute worst. I have to stretch like every hour. Hope you get some relief!
