p90x3... oh my, something is finally working!!

I am almost done with block 2 (there are 3 1-month "blocks" in P90X3) and I've only lost about 4 pounds, but I am INSANELY more fit than I was 2 months ago. I had tried everything else... seriously everything. Brazil Butt Lift helped a little, but not a ton. T25 was way too much jumping around and crazy cardio with not enough resistance training. I had almost given up and gave in to the mother of all plateaus. Thankfully I started this program. I can do PULL UPS now!! This is crazy. My legs have definition and I feel strong. :) I had just about given up on ever having a strong, lean body again.

There's no real point to this post, I guess...:haha: I'm just happy and wanted to share.
 
Congrats!! P90X has always terrified me... I have mad respect for the people that can complete it. :haha: Well done on your progress!
 
Thanks! To be honest, P90X has always scared me too, mostly because of the time requirements. Most days are over an hour! P90X3 is intense, but only 30 minutes a day, so I can do it while my girls are at school and my boys are napping.

I reread my original post and I totally sound like I'm trying to sell a product, LOL! I'm not! I've just tried a ton of things (including Jillian Michaels) and this is the best.
