I am almost done with block 2 (there are 3 1-month "blocks" in P90X3) and I've only lost about 4 pounds, but I am INSANELY more fit than I was 2 months ago. I had tried everything else... seriously everything. Brazil Butt Lift helped a little, but not a ton. T25 was way too much jumping around and crazy cardio with not enough resistance training. I had almost given up and gave in to the mother of all plateaus. Thankfully I started this program. I can do PULL UPS now!! This is crazy. My legs have definition and I feel strong.
I had just about given up on ever having a strong, lean body again.
There's no real point to this post, I guess...
I'm just happy and wanted to share.
