page keeps refreshing??

its probably an issue with my browser... but i don't have the issue with my same IE at work? But loading ANY page on BnB - home page, user CP, threads it loads and then refreshes, then loads then refreshes... the only way for me to function around the forum is to wait for the page to mostly load then manually hit the stop button on my browser?

This is the first complaint I have read about this issue so could you please shut your browsers down and clear your cache.
