page wont load sometimes?

sometimes when i try to go on here it either takes ageees to load, or it will just sort of give up, i thought it might be google chrome but then i tried it on internet explorer and it done the same, other websites are working fine at the same time, it just seems to be this one.
i was just wondering if there is anything i can do to my setting which will help this? or if its something else?
