It's been a little over 3 weeks since my C-section.
If you look at my incision, the left side of the scar is not healing flat like the rest of it - it's more of a raised flap of skin. I read something that suggested it's because they tied off the internal stitches on that side. I think it could also be because the staples on that side seemed looser. Even when the staples were removed and replaced with the paper strips, the nurse said that side might ooze more because it wasn't closed all the way yet.
Anyway, the actual incision feels fine. It's ABOVE the incision a couple inches that I feel this weird sharp pain if I move certain ways, like if I am sitting down and try to lean forward. I don't know how to describe the pain, it's almost like an internal incision is being stretched open. It's also in the same spot that has felt tender this whole time- kinda like when you get the flu and your skin feels tender.
