Pain around c-section scar?

I'm 4w+4 today, and last night/this morning, I've been having some dull pain/cramping on my right side and around my c section scar. I think that it is likely just due to stretching... But freaking out about the possibility of an ectopic or scar pregnancy. Are these twinges normal? I see my doctor tomorrow for a beta and telemed appointment, so will hopefully get some guidance then.

Any experience or advice very appreciated!

It's been a while but I had something like that too and it turned out that I had an infection inside the scar under the stitches on one side. Sorry TMI but I didn't realise what it was till it broke open and puss came out . But in my case the pain was definitely not inside but very much on the surface. Oh and the area was really hot too.
