Pain from constipation??

On the right side under my bump I get a sharp pain. I only really notice when Im gassey or haven't gone for a while. Is it probably just the constipation and gas?

I get this too, and sometimes when I "go" I get the worst cramping and the first time it happened I thought I was in labor! Nope, went away as soon as I was able to go. I've been drinking a lot of water and it does help a bit.
