When I had my MMC I had really strong sharp pain one day as I walked home from work at around 8-9 weeks, so bad that I called my husband in tears and he had to come and get me. In hindsight I have since wondered if that was the point at which the baby died, although I didn't find out until 11 weeks....
I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I have been feeling very tired and have this nasty taste in my mouth which I believe are good signs. At my scan at 9 and a half weeks everything looked good.
I am relaxing on my sofa, and just got a really strong, sharp, pain, through what felt like the centre of my uterus. I have felt stretching aches a fair bit but this was different. The stretchy feelings normally feel more like the sides, whereas this felt like I was being stabbed right through the centre. Now I am totally freaked out that something's wrong with the baby....
Can anyone tell me if they've had a pain like that and everything still been ok? I am due for my next scan on Monday, at 11 weeks 1 day, so I don't want to call my doctor and be hysterical! But if anyone has any reassurance I'd be very grateful! Please, no horror stories, I'm already freaked out!
