pain in belly! :(

Hey im almost 39 weeks and i have a constant pain in my belly which gets really bad every so often then back to the constant pain. Im not having any tightenings so I dont think its labour.... it seems to get alot worse if I lay down so im really struggling to sleep! Anyone know what could be causing this and how to help it? Thanks.

It seemed to ease of the next morning now im just randomly getting cramps throughout the day so im thinking its just pregnancy pains
