Pain in bum?

I had my section 8 days ago and for a few days I've been having a pain in my left bum cheek. Feels like a muscle spasm and it's really painful. Could this be a side effect of my section?

I would mention it to your dr. It could just be nerve pain from everything going back into place. Your body will be adjusting itself for a while.

Did you get any injections for pain relief in that bum? Mine does that from injections. It takes a few weeks to go away.
