pain in bump

Im 27+5 & last night thought I had a uti was in pain really low down on my bump and felt like I needed to pee a lot - woke up this morning and the tight painful feeling is still there but urge to pee isnt - its only when im laying down that it really hurts I get up and apart from my spd pain its gone!

Im not sure what it could be! Starting to worry a little now tho any experience?

Oh they are not cramps either its a tight, full type of pain x

Be careful... i had similar symptoms and didn't think it could be a UTI because there was no burning when I peed, but my ob/gyn said sometimes they dont have many symptoms. You should definitely call just to be sure... untreated UTI's are bad and they can cause preterm labor. Good luck!
