Pain in upper abdomen?

Hiya everyone,

I'm 12 weeks today and I've been having a pain in my stomach since this morning, it feels like I'm EXTREMELY bloated and when I touch my stomach it's solid. I'm not sure if it's anything to worry about or not? It's feeling a bit better than it did this morning, but I was wondering if anybody had anything similar and had an idea of what it could be?

It probably is just gas, i've had it a couple of times this pregnancy and had it with DD too. Your digestive system slows in prenancy and you are more prone to trapped wind xx

I have exactly what your talking about sometimes the paim gets worse after i pee like i relieved pressure and everything is moving back to normal spot its weird i just assumed it was things moving and getting ready for growing baby but i really have no idea hope someone can get us both a answer

When this happened to me it was trapped wind... Sometimes I find drinking water helps relieve it! I also started taking a good probiotic which helped too.
