pain just above pelvis.

most today ive been sore/uncomfy low bump just above pelvis(vag) when sittin up or bending hurts. It is little sore when not doing above. i also have slight headache an feel off. am 31+6 with no 3. I think bubs has been playin in pelvis so down there. been losing some mucusy/snot most days since 29weeks which is becoming more frequent an larger quantities. My discharge with other two was more watery.

I get this especially if I've over done things, bending down and getting comfortable can be a pain and it can really hurt.

Try taking a warm bath or use a hot water bottle to ease any aches and pains x
