pain like a groin strain

Hi all,

For a few weeks now I've been having this pain I can only describe as being like a groin strain its worse when I stand up or when I'm walking. I have spd but it doesnt seem related. Its a very achy pain. Does any one have a similar issue?

I meant to add its just on my left side and its not a pain inside. Its more like a muscular pain

I have it and it was diagnosed as spd - the belt they gave me really helped. Is yours like right in the centre of youe pubic bone?

I have had a pain like this since about 20 weeks I have mentioned it to midwives and have been told its just cos everything's been pushed around to make room for baby, something's more than likely pushin on a nerve! I was offered physio but turned it down! She did say if it swells or becomes bruised to have it checked out ASAP as it could become a varacus vein, or becausing a problem with blood flow! Xx

Sounds like round ligament pain perhaps. I had it in my groin with my first baby and it felt like someone had a dagger in my groin!
