Ok. My story is... always very punctual 26 day visits from af. Day i was due had constipation, pain in right ovary area. Day 2 after af due had pre-af cramps. Over next couple days had random leg cramp and back pain. Went doctors four days after af was due, given fibregel for constipation, temp, blood pressure, urine infection, kidney function, diabetes; all fine/normal. Now day 7 no af all bfn even with fmu. Back pain reduced, no cramps since day 2, no spotting, no vomitting, constipation clearing. No other pg signs. Since woke up today pain in right side is very bad- worst its been. Made out of hours gp appt for 5 hours time. Anyone had similar? What could it be?

I'm now 5 days past af due. I've had cramps since 10 days before af due, nausea coming and going, breast tenderness on and off for almost 2 weeks, excessive amounts of water cm for almost 2 weeks, cervix high and mushy (dh says he can't tell the difference between cervix and vag wall), metal taste in mouth for DAYS now.....all with BFN! These are all different from my normal post-O/pms symptoms. We are not out yet though! I have an appt next week(unless af shows her ugly face), will let you know what they tell me. Maybe it will give you an idea where to start looking for answers. Fx for us both!
In your case i would take another test in a couple days... your spotting yesterday could have been implantation. You would get bfn before implantations. If you still get a bfn see your gp in couple weeks unless you get pain in which case go gp as soon as. Hope you get bfp
