Pain with pooing?

i get pain each time i go and it feels like im tearing-alittle blood on the paper.I have noticed i now have a skin tag on my perineum.
i had a great birth no tears or anything-completely normal
does anyone else have anything similar-what is your advice please

I did have this but I had a third degree perinneal tear which extended into my anal sphincter. For you it could perhaps be piles? As this was something my doctor looked for when I went to have it checked out (which is what I would advise).

Sounds like piles to me. I have these after labour. They pretty much suck but are treatable. You can get over the counter stuff for them, or see your GP if you're not sure.

I had this but it turned out I had cut my bumhole slightly... Not sure how as I had a c section! I was stressing so much it was piles too! I was given lactulose and I put Savlon on the loo roll to heal it quicker.
