When i had my daughter i had extremely bad SPD. During labour i had to have the epidural cause of the amount of pain i was in and due to the fact i wasnt allowed anything else cause the baby was sleepy. The first epidural did not work but the second one did.
These past couple of months my back has been getting worse, ive been getting a dull ache in my lower back and sharp pains inbetween my shoulder blades going down the middle of my back and a dull ache around my shoulders.
It eases up but when i hold Lana-rose it flares up and i have to lay down with her on the pillow sometimes.
Im wondering if my SPD or epidural has caused more damage than i thought.
